A ventilated façade system using ALUCOBOND® (ACP) panels was implemented to ensure optimal thermal efficiency, enhanced durability, and a clean, modern appearance. This system supports energy efficiency while providing excellent resistance to weathering and environmental factors.
Performance highlights
High-performance Schüco aluminium systems were selected for windows and doors, ensuring superior thermal insulation, acoustic comfort, and long-term reliability. These systems also allow for generous glazed surfaces, maximizing natural light and offering unobstructed views, while maintaining high safety and energy standards.
To further enhance the architectural expression and residents’ experience, the building features a glass balustrade system, reinforcing the project’s contemporary character and providing transparency, elegance, and visual continuity across balconies and terraces.
