The building incorporates a ventilated façade system, designed to improve thermal performance and ensure durability over time. The façade is finished with Equitone fiber cement cladding, offering a refined appearance, high resistance to weather conditions, and low maintenance requirements.
In selected areas, ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) ventilated façade elements are used to enhance the contemporary character of the building and allow greater design flexibility
