Innovative Ventilated Façade Systems
Winners Center is the first building in Romania to feature a ventilated façade made of GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete). This advanced façade solution offers exceptional resistance to weather conditions, reduced structural weight, and enhanced architectural freedom. The ventilated façade improves thermal performance, moisture regulation, and indoor comfort, contributing to the overall energy efficiency of the building.
Performance highlights
The building is equipped with high-quality aluminum window and door systems by Schüco. These systems ensure excellent thermal insulation, acoustic comfort, and long-term reliability. Large glazed areas allow for optimal natural daylight, improving occupant comfort and reducing energy consumption.
Building Maintenance and Access Solutions
An individual Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) was integrated into the project to allow safe and efficient access to the façade for cleaning and maintenance. This dedicated system supports the long-term operational efficiency of the building and preserves the quality and appearance of the exterior over time.
